Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund, your order must be paid in full and not yet shipped. If you decide you would like to cancel your order and your item has already shipped, we will issue a refund amount to the value of the item less a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you decide you would like to return an item after it has been delivered, we will issue a refund amount to the value of the item less a 20% restocking fee with a deduction to the amount of the full cost of return shipping*. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items purchased from the Fresh Market Finds section or any item that has been upholstered and / or refinished to your specification cannot be returned or exchanged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where, at Mission Avenue Studio's discretion, partial refunds may be granted;
Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Processing a Refund
If you request to cancel and are eligible the refund will be issued via the original method of payment within 15 business days. If you are cancelling an order that is already shipped, or you are returning an item that has been delivered to you, you must wait until the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the item has been returned and inspected your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment less the restocking fee and return shipping (where applicable) within 15 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only exchange items in your order that have not yet shipped. If you request to exchange an item after it has shipped then we will have to process a return. In this situation we will hold the amount to be refunded as a credit which can be used for other items or services once the return has been processed.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return less the cost of return shipping. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will process a refund (as described above) to the gift giver.
We encourage you to thoroughly examine all items at the time of delivery. If an item is damaged you must not accept the delivery. Take clear photographs of the damage and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name, phone number and order number. Notify us that the item has arrived damaged either by calling 941-32-5506 or emailing us at email@example.com. We retain the right to repair the item and return it to you. If we are not able to repair the item we will issue a full refund.
If you accept the delivery and discover later that the item was damaged in transit, please contact us as described above. We do not guarantee any refund in this case however we will investigate your claim up if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
*Please note we offer discounted out bound shipping rates to our customers.
To return your item, please contact us directly so we can co-ordinate return shipping. We only issue returns on items we ship and return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the full cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. At your request we will issue a copy of the return shipping charges.
