All sales final. Our return policy lasts 30 days for an exchange or credit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or an exchange.
To be eligible for full credit, your order must be paid in full and not yet shipped. If you decide you would like to cancel your order and your item has already shipped, we will issue a credit amount to the value of the item less a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you decide you would like to credit an item after it has been delivered, we will issue a credit amount to the value of the item less a 20% restocking fee with a deduction to the amount of the full cost of return shipping*. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Several types of goods are exempt from being credited or exchanged. Items purchased from the Fresh Market Finds section or any item that has been upholstered and / or refinished to your specification cannot be credited or exchanged.

There are certain situations where, at Mission Avenue Studio's discretion, partial refunds may be granted;
Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Processing a Refund
If you request to cancel and are eligible the credit will be issued via the original method of payment within 15 business days. If you are cancelling an order that is already shipped, or you are exchanging an item that has been delivered to you, you must wait until the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the item has been returned and inspected your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment less the restocking fee and return shipping (where applicable) within 15 business days.
We only exchange items in your order that have not yet shipped. If you request to exchange an item after it has shipped then we will have to process a credit. In this situation we will hold the amount to be refunded as a credit which can be used for other items or services once the return has been processed.
We encourage you to thoroughly examine all items at the time of delivery. If an item is damaged you must not accept the delivery. Take clear photographs of the damage and email them to Missionavenuestudio101105@gmail.com along with your name, phone number and order number. Notify us that the item has arrived damaged either by calling 941-914-1457 or emailing us. We retain the right to repair the item and return it to you. If we are not able to repair the item we will issue a full refund.
If you accept the delivery and discover later that the item was damaged in transit, please contact us as described above. We do not guarantee any refund in this case however we will investigate your claim up if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
*Please note we offer discounted out bound shipping rates to our customers.
To return your item, please contact us directly so we can coordinate return shipping. We only issue returns on items we ship and return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the full cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. At your request we will issue a copy of the return shipping charges.
