White Glove Delivery

Our White Glove delivery service will bring your purchase to your home, do any light assembly (i.e. attach legs or insert hardware) and dispose of packaging materials.

Most furniture and items that are oversize, heavy, fragile, or one of a kind, are normally shipped this way to ensure they arrive safely at your residence.


Things to know:

  • White-glove items cannot be shipped by any other delivery method due to their weight and size. They require special handling.
  • Our delivery service will call you to schedule an appointment shortly before the arrival date.
  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Weekend delivery is not available.
  • The delivery service cannot make any modifications to your home. Please measure your access/spaces (doorways, elevators, stairs, etc.) before buying an item. If the item doesn't fit it will be sent back to us. Return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If you purchase multiple items that require white glove delivery, we will do our best to arrange one shipment. Please be aware you may have several delivery appointments.
  • Please contact us at 941-312-5506 if you have any questions or concerns or if there could be delivery challenges at your home such as multiple flights of stairs or a narrow driveway. Additional charges may apply.


How do I receive my delivery?

You will receive an email from MAS with tracking information for your purchase and then just before the arrival date, the delivery service will call you to schedule an appointment. Items are not delivered until an appointment is scheduled.

Usually the delivery appointment is scheduled to arrive within a four hour window - this may vary. Please make sure an adult 18 or older is home during the delivery window.

Delivery appointments are available Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Weekend delivery is not available.

Additional fees may be charged for missed appointments and/or last-minute changes to appointments.


The service includes:

The delivery service will bring the piece into your home, perform light assembly if there is any, and dispose of the packaging materials.

“Light assembly” includes attaching the legs or inserting hardware. The delivery service is unable to do involved assembly or construction.

What should I do before my delivery appointment?

Please make sure the access/area where you’d like the item placed is clear.

The delivery service will not move your furniture nor remove unwanted furniture and cannot make any modifications to your home.


Please check your item.

Once your item has been unwrapped, please inspect it for any damage that may have occurred in transit. Do not sign the delivery paperwork until you have thoroughly inspected the piece.

If you do see any damage issues:

  1. You have the right to refuse the item.
  2. Make a note of the damage on the delivery service’s paperwork then sign for the item. If you do not note the damage on the delivery paperwork, we will not be able to issue a refund.
